All of our products are made to order based on your selected product, size, and color. Because each item is custom printed or cut to order, we cannot accept most returns.
Important Information Before Use

Upon delivery, inspect your item before use or installation.

If there is an issue (wrong item, size, or color), do not apply, install, wear, or use the product.

Contact us immediately at sales@vinylmayhem.com. In most cases, photographs of the item can help us verify and resolve the issue without needing a return.
- If we made an error, we’ll replace the item at no cost. You may not need to return the original.
Installation Errors

Our vinyl is an intermediate 3–5 year outdoor film with adhesive backing.

It sticks to most clean, smooth, hard surfaces and performs well when installed correctly.

We cannot accept returns for installation mistakes or mishaps that occur during application.
Order Issues

Report any discrepancies (missing items, wrong color/size) within 2 business days of receiving your order.

After 5 business days, we are unable to investigate or honor claims.

Damaged items incurred during shipping must be handled directly with the carrier.
Return Eligibility

Some "hard goods" (license plate frames, t-shirts, etc.) may be eligible for return if we determine the item can be resold. You must contact us first to receive return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If required to return the item, it must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, and returned within 7 days of authorization.

Returns must include photos or the physical product for verification. No refunds will be issued if the item is discarded and cannot be reviewed.
Custom Order Terms

Custom orders are final once submitted. We are not responsible for customer input errors, including:

Spelling, grammar, punctuation

Color or size selection

Image resolution or orientation

We review all orders and will reach out if anything appears incorrect. However, once approved, no changes can be made.

If a customer mistake is made, we offer a discounted reprint option.
