All of our products are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Standard production time is 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our facility is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.
Most domestic orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 7 days of being placed. Expedited order processing and shipping options are also available.
Order Processing & Customization
Please use the production time to review your order details and shipping information carefully. If you need to make any changes, notify us in writing via email before production begins.
For custom requests (e.g., mirror image, outline, shadow effects), you must email us with:

Important: Because all items are custom-made or cut to order and cannot be returned to inventory, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. We cannot alter or modify addresses. If USPS or another shipping provider cannot verify the address, we will contact you for confirmation or correction before shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is valid and matches your shipping service method. For example:

If you receive mail at a PO Box, HOA mailbox, or community box, do not use a street address or select UPS.

If your shipping address is not deliverable by USPS, select UPS as an alternative to USPS.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
If a package is lost or misdelivered due to customer-provided address errors, we cannot be held responsible.
If the loss or error is determined to be on our part, we will provide a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via First Class International Shipping. Depending on the value and destination, postage may be affixed manually or printed electronically.
