Terms of Service - Order Processing/Shipping

All orders are made-to-order to customer specifications. All orders have a 2-3 day production time, not including weekends and holidays. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays and observances. Most domestic orders are received by customers within 7 days of ordering. We offer expedited order processing and shipping. All orders are shipped to the address provided. Please ensure the shipping address is correct when submitting an order. If an address error is discovered after the order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot alter or change the shipment. If an order is lost or misdelivered due to a customer error in submitting improper shipping information, we cannot be held responsible for the lost shipment. If the order is determined to be lost or misdelivered due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement shipment at no cost to the customer. If a package has been returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will reship the order to the correct address at the customer’s expense.

International shipments are mailed via First Class International Shipping and may have postage affixed or a printed label depending on the value and destination of the shipment.  The estimated standard transit time for North American shipments is 5-18 days. Depending on Customs, shipments to the United Kingdom/Europe and Australia take on average up to 30 days. Shipments to the Middle East and Asia have been known to take up to 60 days for regular shipping services. Expedited shipping is available. Contact us for a quote prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for their Customs fees and duties.
