The size is right but when your machine is cutting the design of the eagle,globe,and anchor it should be totally visible, reference look at the Marine corps flag and then you will see what it's supposed to look like on vinyl.
I wasted $30.00 bucks so I guess I'll have to use the 9.5 X10" EGA made by 1970 Vinyl from etsy.dammed shame
